Logan Lerman Turns Into Real Man Under Brad Pitt And Shia LaBeouf Guidance: GQ Snags ‘Fury’ Actor Before Oscar Buzz

Logan Lerman is turning into a real man right under our noses thanks to Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf. Even GQ magazine noticed this transformation and snagged the youngest ‘Fury’ actor for a coming-of-age photoshoot. Maybe GQ is banking on the fact that Logan Lerman will generate some Oscar buzz!

Logan Lerman, who has clocked his time as the torn teenager in coming-of-age comedy-drama ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower’ and as a young hero in ‘Percy Jackson’ franchise, is now ready to take on more serious roles in Hollywood. Before ‘Fury’, the 22-year-old actor appeared in Darren Aronofsky’s ‘Noah’ with Russell Crowe, Emma Watson and Douglas Booth. Looks like he is working hard to get rid of the child actor label!

GQ immediately saw that Logan Lerman is blossoming into a real man. This month, ‘Fury’ actor appeared in a spread in the magazine.

In the interview with GQ, he revealed that Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf played a big role in his both transformative and grueling experience shooting ‘Fury’.

"It's intimidating when you're in a room with [Brad Pitt], but he's—it's just such an overused term—down-to-earth,” Logan admitted to GQ. “He's just a dude. It's Brad Pitt, the world's biggest movie star. But it's a situation where he's your sergeant. And meeting your sergeant for the first time is an intimidating experience, let alone if it's Brad Pitt."

According to a previous article, the 22-year-old actor revealed that he had a super hard time filming ‘Fury’ in an interview with Men’s Journal.

“I was the new guy every day. Every. Fucking. Day. It was tough,” Logan Lerman admitted. “There weren't lunch breaks, because of the limited amount of light we shot in continuous hours. We were doing 10-to-12-hour days and they truly treated me like an outsider for that entire time. It was difficult.”

“Honestly, we all were kind of happy that it was over. It wasn't about who we were with, it was the mental state we kept ourselves in. I was like, "Fuck yes, I’m out of here and can finally let it go." I think I’ll wait a bit until the next war movie.

Wow. Sounds like Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf make him feel at home.
