"On a fast track" IU almost got swindled by her entertainment company before debut

Singer IU talked about how she almost got swindled by an entertainment company.

On December 13th episode of KBS 2TV "On a fast track" IU openly talked about her 19 years of life.

On this day IU revealed "I went to over 20 auditions in one year" but I tried to think "I'm going to be a singer in the end" and not get too hurt over it. Just the fact that someone was listening to me sing, even a judge made me excited and happy"; catching a lot of attention.

She continued "One time I got cheated by an entertainment company. They said I had to pay to practice and be put on TV and when I showed up next day, the school was gone", thinking back to before debut.

On the other hand IU also drew a lot of attention by opening up about how it took her 10 months to debut and why she couldn't come out as a 'group' member. Aires at 11:15 KBS 2TV.
