Rumors have been circulating for some time now that Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger are dating.

Well, the pair added fuel to the fire when they were spotted together in L.A. over the weekend. So, are Cyrus and Schwarzenegger just friends or is there a new celebrity romance brewing?

According to the E! News, the "Wrecking Ball" singer had dinner with the Tom Ford model on Bagatelle restaurant in West Hollywood on Friday night. They were joined by about 15 friends, however, so the evening was far from a romantic date for two.

A source told the publication that Cyrus and Schwarzenegger stayed close throughout the dinner.

"They were definitely affectionate, holding hands, taking photos together and clearly were into each other all night," said the insider.

"They stayed for about two hours before heading out with the group," added the source. "Miley was drinking water, and the group had ordered some champagne. She was wearing a red floor-length dress."  

Cyrus and Schwarzenegger, the son of Maria Shriver and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, were photographed together on Halloween. The pair was snapped coming out of Schwarzenegger's apartment in casual clothes before reportedly throwing on costumes and heading out to a festive party.

"They don't have a title," another source told E! News just last week. "They are having so much fun together that friends don't know at certain times if they are a couple or best friends."

The pair have yet to comment on the dating rumors or post any pictures together on social media, but one of Schwarzenegger's friends, Andrew Stutzman, did share a photo of Miley on Twitter from Friday night.
