YG Entertainment's WINNER is back on top in the Best New Artist category for the 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA).

With less than three weeks left to vote, the rookie group regained a small lead over JYP Entertainment's GOT7. As of November 14 KST, WINNER was in the lead with 37.5% of votes versus GOT7 was is close behind with 36.9% of the popular vote.

WINNER and GOT7 are two of the most successful groups to debut in 2014. WINNER released the album "2014 S/S" which was supported by a unique fashion concept. GOT7 delivered the youthful debut album "Got It?" which incorporated a martial-arts infused concept.

Fans of both male groups continue to rally. Voting is especially important in key categories where the tallies continue to fluctuate.

It is a similar situation with the Union Pay Artist of the Year category. WINNER also regained a slight lead over SM Entertainment in this key category. On November 14 KST, the group had a .4% margin over EXO with 22.8% of the vote.

On November 13, WINNER received the Best New Artist at the 2014 MelOn Music Awards. The group also received an award for placing within the Top 10.

Fans can vote for their favorite nominees by visiting the Mnet Asian Music Awards website. Voting will close on December 2 at midnight.
