Joe Dirt 2 Release Date Expected On Crackle On 2015; David Spade And Adam Sandler Thrilled For Sequel Of Film

aAfter years after its release, Joe Dirt 2 is coming out once again and has a release date of 2015. That's right David Spade fans, the sequel to the slow thinking redneck movie will finally be made available again by fans by next year but not on the big screen.

Crackle, an internet television network, will be releasing the film following an announcement from Spade's buddy and Happy Madison proprietor Adam Sandler that the production house would have a four film deal with Netflix.

David Spade meanwhile, said that he is thrilled with the announcement and claimed that he cannot wait to return with his mullet on.

"I'm beyond stoked that Joe Dirt will finally hit the screens again on Crackle," Spade said. "I've been sleeping in this wig for years and it will be nice to wear it in the daytime again."

According to Cinemablend, the project of Joe Dirt 2 has been "in-development for years" but has just made to be finalized after the deal with Crackle.

"David Spade had a fresh and unique vision for Joe Dirt 2 that he could have brought anywhere and we couldn't be happier that he brought it to Crackle for a first-of-its-kind, worldwide release," Crackle's general manager Eric Berger said. "The original film has been a longtime viewer favorite, ranking among the most viewed in our library, and we decided to produce and distribute the sequel as a feature for fans everywhere."

It was said that the film doesn't expect anything big but just wanted to get the film out that would surely get fans of Joe Dirt at the edge of their seats.
