Monday marks another new and exciting episode of "Yowamushi Pedal" season two or "Yowamushi Pedal: Grande Road." Episode 7 entitled "The Pack Approaches" was simulcast for fans outside of Japan by several outlets, most notably Crunchyroll. Synopsis (via Anime News Network):

This episode is true to the manga of Yowamushi Pedal and documents the events of the final race in the Inter-High competition. Most of the characters experienced anxiety over their place in the race. Team Sohoku in particular reflected through some flashbacks on the past two days of racing. Toudou and Onoda have a talk that eventually leads Onoda to feel slightly depressed. He doesn't stay there however as Makishima soon lifts Onoda up.

As for positioning, (without spoiling too much) quite a few people change positioning from being with the large pack and also leading the race. Finally, there's also an event that solidifies Machimiya as a villain who will stop it nothing to win the race, exactly as Fukutomi and Kinjou warned previously. There's no winner yet, but everything is on the line as the teams race to finish the Inter-High competition.
