FTISLAND Unveils Comeback Album 'Five Treasure Box' With Music Video Release of 'I Wish'

FTISLAND finally reveals the much-anticipated full music video for "I Wish", the title song for their comeback album.

Together with the release of the video, the full album was also released for download on Korean digital music portals. Five Treasure Box is FTISLAND's fourth full length Korean album, being released on their sixth year as a band.

In recent interviews, the members' share that the album is one wherein they had actively participated, with half of the album featuring their own compositions, and the other half featuring songs where they helped co-compose as well. "I Wish", their title song, is the only track wherein they don't share composition credits. The rest were collaborative efforts -- including Lee Hongki's co-penned track "Stay With Me" and Choi Jong Hun's composed "U (All I Want Is You)" among others. Five tracks from the album are Korean remakes of their self-composed Japanese hits "Paper Plane", "Compass", "Let It Go" , "Wanna Go", and "Life."

The music video for "I Wish" was warmly received by both fans and critics alike, with viewers noticing a marked growth in FTISLAND members' appearance, style and even music.

AOA Hyejeong's participation further added fascination. With a different flavor to the music, due mostly to the strong presence of Song Seung Hyun's rhythm guitar, FTISLAND's newest title track boasts a rock fusion with Latin and country influences.
