Eminem crossed a major line when he rapped about raping Iggy Azalea in his latest song "Vegas" which is set to be a track on his forthcoming album Shady XV.

The 'Fancy' singer, however, knows how to stand up for herself! Iggy took to Twitter on November 20 to shame Eminem for his attempts to exploit threats of violence toward her for profit.

In his new song, Eminem raps, "You're lucky just to follow my ride/ If I let you run alongside the Humvee, unless you're Nicki/ Grab you by the wrist, let's ski/ So, what's it gon' be?/ Put that sh-t away, Iggy/ You gon' blow that rape whistle on me." Extremely harsh words!

The Australian rapper responded to the appalling lyrics by tweeting, "I'm bored of the old men threatening young women as entertainment trend and much more interested in the young women getting $ trend. zzzz." She added, "It's especially akward [sic] because my 14 year old brother is the biggest eminem fan and now the artist he admired says he wants to rape me. nice!" Taking a final shot at Eminem, she wrote, "Women in music have the bigger balls anyhow we endure much more harassment and critic. [sic] good morninnggggg!!!!!! off to camera block for AMAs!"
 

Way to go, girl! Iggy has perfectly pointed it out that young women are taking over the music industry, and that trend is not going away anytime soon. Moreover, Eminem just lost another fan as Iggy's brother will obviously not stand for such foul lyrics geared towards his sister.

The Aussie singer is up for the most awards at the American Music Awards this year and we don't think she will let Eminem rain on her parade! We are certainly not denying that the Slim Shady is a talented artist, however, we totally support Iggy as she defends herself amidst these very explicit lyrics.

Last month, Iggy was dissed by Snoop Dogg when he posted a series of mean-spirited photos and comments about her including calling the "Fancy" rapper a "f****ng c**t."

After he had a chat with Iggy, Snoop Dogg decided to end the online feud with her and offered an apology.
