IU confessed of being embarassed whenever she gives her grandma spending money.

On December 13ths episode of KBS 2TV "Win Win" IU made an appearance to talk about her difficult past as she expressed her thankful heart towards her grandma. Following the talk, the production crew made a phone call between the two.

As IU's grandma complimented her bright grand daughter she stated "I received spending money few times. I received a lot" At this IU commented "It's still a little embarrassing. I feel awkward giving it to grandma so I just hand it to her in a flash"

IU's grandma also commented on IU's popularity "How can you have such a well-loved grand daughter? Sometimes I feel like she's not my real grand daughter"
