It's official! Gigi Hadid and Cody Simpson are back together.

While appearing on the red carpet at the American Music Awards on Sunday, Nov. 23, Hadid confirmed the rekindled romance herself, revealing that she and the Australian pop star have reunited after their split in May.

"I'm back together with Cody," she told Us Weekly at the AMAs. "It's great. He is such a great guy."

The rising fashion star also explained that she and Simpson had initially broken up after dating for a year due to their "crazy schedules." However, the young couple is trying to make things work now, despite being busy.

"We are just trying to balance it and make time when we can," she said. "So far it's working out."

Rumors that the 19-year-old model and her ex had gotten back together began to swirl when the two were spotted together last Thursday at Just Jared's Homecoming Dance presented by Ever After High.

A source reportedly told E! News that the couple was "inseparable" throughout the evening event as they partied with stars like Hadid's close friend Kendall Jenner.

Hadid and Simpson also went hand-in-hand to an after party at LA restaurant The Nice Guy.

A source told E! News that they "looked like a giddy young couple and left together holding hands at 2 a.m."

The pair also attended Miley Cyrus's 22^nd birthday party on Saturday night.

Back in July, Gigi told Women's Wear Daily that she and Simpson were still close despite their break-up.

"We're still best friends and I'll always respect him and support his career," she told the publication. "I love Cody to death and he loves me."

"He needed his time to focus on his music," she added. "He's the one who broke up with me." 

Glad to see that these two lovebirds worked things out!
