Miley Cyrus turned 22-years-old on Sunday but she celebrated her special day on Saturday with a big bash in Los Angeles. And her new boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger was of course on hand for the Miley-themed party.

"Miley and Patrick were spotted hugging, kissing and dancing together," a source told E! News. "Miley was in her own world with Patrick. She was all over him."

The party, which was held at The Factor on La Peer in West Hollywood, featured disco balls, neon lights, and a mechanical bull-type ride in the form of a penis. (A necessity at any b-day celebration, right?)

The insider also said that the birthday girl "seemed to have a great time. She was constantly smiling and seemed really happy with Patrick. No one held back. It was Miley's birthday and everyone made sure she had a good time. She is the life of the party and everyone seems to feed off of her energy."

Cyrus dressed up for the occasion in a dress made up of a neon pink top connected to a bright green skirt with a ring, which she topped with a colorful, furry jacket.

Meanwhile, Schwarzenegger wore a pilot jumpsuit à la Tom Cruise in "Top Gun."

"It's my buuuurffffdayyyy," wrote Miley on Instagram alongside a photo of her giant pizza-shaped cake.

Miley and Patrick have yet to discuss their new romance publicly. But the young couple has not been shy about the PDA.

Earlier this month, Cyrus accompanied Schwarzenegger to a football game at the University of Southern California, where Patrick is a student. The pair where photographed kissing on the sidelines during the game and Cyrus even got decked out in her man's school colors for the fun event.

It seems Miley and Patrick are quickly becoming one of Hollywood's cutest young couples!
