4Minute, B2st and Jina perform in the first Kpop concert of South America

On December 13 at 7 PM, CUBE Entertainment hosted the first ever Kpop concert of South America. The two-and-a-half-hour event, called "United CUBE Concert in Brazil, M LIVE by CJ," was held in the Espaco das Americas, Sao Paolo. The fervor and excitement of fans at the concert signaled just how far Korean music has spread. More than 3500 people attended the milestone event.

Fans from various countries in South America gathered for the event from as early as the morning. So many fans were eager to attend the event that a line grew to 1.6 km long. Extra police and emergency personnel were required to regulate the concertgoers.

As avid fans danced to 4Minute and B2st's choreography, a great number of bystanders joined the campaign.

In an interview after the concert, 4Minute member Hyuna said this: "It's really amazing to be on the other side of the globe and find such love for Korean popular music and our music. I'm so happy to have had this opportunity to perform to such a high-energy crowd and in the land of youth and passion."

Hong Seungsung, a representative for CUBE Entertainment, commented, "It was important for us to continue our tour from England into South America- to reach and expand the demographics of Kpop fans all over the world. We are proud to have set a precedent for the globalization of Kpop through this event."
