Long-Running K-Pop Band Shinhwa To Make A Comeback In January Leading Up To Their 17th Anniversary

The longest running male group in K-Pop, Shinhwa, is making a comeback early next year.

The first generation male group will be making a comeback in early January 2015.

Shinhwa consist of members Eric Mun, Lee Minwoo, Kim Dongwan, Shin Hyesung, Andy Lee, and Jun Jin. Earlier this week, the group members have been releasing teaser photos to announce their comeback through their label Shinhwa Company.

2015 will be very memorable for the guys because they will celebrate their 17th anniversary since debut on March 24, 1998.  In addition to the new music release, the guys are said to be planning a world tour and several fan events in the new year.

Originally, Shinhwa was going to make their comeback during the second half of this year, but ultimately decided to postpone things. The last time Shinhwa has a release was in May of 2013 when they dropped their eleventh full-length album, 'The Classic.' Their lead single was "This Love" and Japanese actress Fujii Mina was featured in the music video.

While fans continue to wait for Shinhwa's return to the K-Pop music industry, their movie Shinhwa Live 3D The Legend Continues will premiere on December 11th. Fans will get to enjoy the movie in 3D as they watch Shinhwa's concert that was held during the month of March.
