Rapper Psy expressed his thanks to his country of South Korea.

During an interview with CNN on September 20, Psy explained that he was here today because of the people of Korea.

Psy commented, "The reason why I am here and have all these opportunities is because of my country's people. They have forgiven me for many things and have understood me."

He continued, "I am also very thankful to CNN for being the first broadcast to feature me and bring me out into the world."
