Fans Demand That Harry Styles And Emma Watson Fall In Love After They Pose Together At The British Fashion Awards

Twitter is buzzing about the latest celebrity couple. There's just one problem. They're not actually dating.

Harry Styles presented Emma Watson with the British Style Award at the British Fashion Awards on Monday. The pair posed for a picture at the star-studded event, which quickly prompted fans to demand that the young Brits fall in love.

"And then God said let there be Emma Watson and Harry Styles," tweeted one fan on an account that was later suspended. "I ship #Hemma omg they'll make such an adorable couple," tweeted another.

"if elegancy and class had a specific visual image it would be that picture of emma watson and harry styles," wrote on Twitter user.

"Emma Watson and Harry Styles = life," wrote one fan in a pretty decisive post.

"I think we can all agree Emma Watson would be one of the only few people we'd be cool to ship with Harry. #Hemma," added another.

Emma and Harry looked gorgeous together at the fashion event. The "Harry Potter" actress wore a flowy white jumpsuit and bold red lipstick while the One Direction heartthrob sported a funky pinstripe suit.

Fans, however, will likely have to let go of their newfound goal of pushing these two stars together. Emma is a taken woman. The actress and fashion icon is currently dating 22-year-old Matthew Janney, a rugby player and student at Oxford University.

Sorry "Hemma" lovers.

After accepting her award from Styles on Monday evening, Watson thanked the British fashion industry for allowing her to take a new turn in her career after years of success as a child actor.

"Thank you so much to the British fashion industry - you have been immensely supportive of me and my career and you've given me some really amazing chances and the ability to reinvent myself for which I am really grateful," she said (via The Daily Mail). "This is really special."
