On December 2, an MBC Music representative revealed some exciting news to the media outlet MyDaily. According to the representative, KARA's Goo Hara is preparing to star in her own reality show. The show will follow the idol through her various daily activities and give fans a candid look at her personal life.

The representative for the channel explained, "We are planning a new reality show that will focus on KARA member Goo Hara. It will let viewers have the chance to see what her everyday life is like. We began filming on the show last month."

The program will be called On & Off and will have a total of eight episodes. It is set to begin airing later this month on MBC.

KARA isn't the first K-Pop idol to have her own solo reality program. 4Minute's HyunA starred in a documentary show for SBS MTV called HyunA's Free Month. Krystal, from the highly popular group f(x), also had her own OnStyle reality show with her sister Jessica Jung. It appears this might be a new emerging trend in the K-Pop world.

KARA recently finished their third Japanese tour with new band member Heo Youngji.
