Lee Min Ho is laughing and crying because of Kim Hee Sun. 

On the Monday episode of "Great Doctor," Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) is able to laugh because of Kim Hee Sun while suffering again with worries and concerns about her. 

He and Eun Soo (Kim Hee Sun) walk along the streets, talking and he was spotted smiling like a kid. He even taught her how to wield a sword and the two of them shared many laughs. Choi Young's uncle, who was looking at him from afar, commented on his nephew, saying "I don't know how many years it's been since I saw him smile and laugh. He laughs like someone who's alive." This meant that Choi Young, who had lost his love seven years ago, was finding his smile again after a long hiatus, thanks to Eun Soo.

One day, Choi Young hears Eun Soo suffering from nightmares and tells Jang Bin (Philip Lee) that she is suffering everyday from night mares. He believes that she is experiencing too many things that she had never experienced before. He threatens the assassin who had almost gotten to Eun Soo and makes sure that he understands he will never be able to wield a sword again if he tries to get to her. 

Choi Young is currently stealing the hearts of female viewers with his dedication to Eun Soo and many of them believe that he is completely in love with her.
