Lee Hyori & Husband Lee Sang Soon To Perform Together At Animal Rights Event

Singer Lee Hyori has made headlines as both an entertainer and an animal lover.  The popular Korean star has been outspoken on animal rights and vegetarianism for years and this weekend she will take the stage, along with husband Lee Sang Soon, for a special charity performance. 

On December 6 at 4PM KST, animal rights group, Kara, will be presenting, "Miracle of Beautiful Things" at the Seoul World Cup Stadium reception hall.

This party will be an event to raise money for animal rights causes and is to feature an auction of various celebrity goods as well as performances from famous musicians. 

Many people are anticipating the performance from Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon as this will be their first joint performance together since getting married in September 2013. Another performance will be by the gayageum singer-songwriter Jung Min Ah. 

All the items donated for the auction will be through items used by various celebrities and famous people.

The movie, "Whistle Blower," which featured Yoo Yeon Suk and Park Hae Il, donated clothes that were worn in the movie. Along with them, other donations will be provided by Dr. Jane Goodall, Noh Hee Kyung, Kang Dong Won, Yoo Ah In, Lee Seung Gi, Son Ye Jin, and Go Ara.

Not only are celebrities making donations but activists and screen writers are making donations as well. All of the profits that arise through the auction will be utilized for water protection activities regarding animals.
