Actress Kim Min Jung was spotted in a behind-the-scenes still photo for tvN drama "The 3rd Hospital."

tvN's "The 3rd Hospital" is a drama about the conflict between eastern and western medicine in the same hospital and follows two brothers as they compete against each other in work and in love. 

In the picture, Kim Min Jung is head-locking Oh Ji Ho. She looks particularly angry with him and Oh Ji Ho seems surprised and shocked at the sudden attack and show of violence from her. The whole scene seems very comical.

In last week's episode, Oh Ji Ho helps take care of Kim Min Jung's sprained ankle but people are wondering why there has been such a sudden change between the two of them.

In the Wednesday episode, they will show how Oh Ji Ho and Choi Soo Young met for the first time.
