Saturday marks another new and exciting episode of "Sword Art Online" season two. Episode 22, "The End of the Journey was simulcast in the U.S. thanks to Aniplex USA. For fans who do not have subscriptions however, below are two places where fans can watch "Sword Art Online II" free online.

Synopsis:

               This episode picks up with the disappearance of Yuuki. Asuna talks with Siune (a member of the Sleeping Nights Guild) who apologizes for the distance of the group. She also suddenly logs out like Yuuki. Asuna returns to the real world and meets up with Kirito at school. Kirito asks her if she really wants to meet Yuuki and she replies affirmatively. Kirito gives her the address of a hospital where she might find Yuuki.
               At the hospital, Asuna meets Yuuki's primary doctor, who says Yuuki is not accepting visitors. She finds out that Yuuki is a part of a medical dive testing program for those with certain illnesses like blindness or deafness. The doctor states that the Medicuboid is mostly in place to be used with terminal patients. This implies that Yuuki is a lot sicker than she seemed in the game.
               The doctor reveals that Yuuki contracted HIV during a blood transfusion that her mother received during birth. Her entire family ended up contracting the disease. Her mother considered a family suicide at some point. After Yuuki developed AIDS due to her failing immune system, she agreed to be a test subject for the Medicuboid. Yuuki had since been in full dive (for a total of three years) to block her physical pain. This is what Kirito meant by "a child of the full dive system."
               Given her state, Yuuki's time to live is short. That's why she desired to disappear quickly from Asuna's life. Yuuki hears the conversation between the Doctor and Asuna and invites Asuna to meet in ALO. It is revealed that Yuuki had an older sister that used to lead The Sleeping Knights. Yuuki also explains that they decided to disband when they learned two of them had a prognosis of only three months. Asuna tells her there's still plenty to explore. Yuuki says she wants to go to school and the episode ends with Asuna getting an idea of how to get her into school.
