Are Lady Gaga and boyfriend Taylor Kinney expecting their first child? The "Cheek to Cheek" singer sparked pregnancy rumors when she wore a figure hugging dress and a "baby bump" showed.

Ina n article from Mirror, Lady Gaga wore a red gown inspired by Jessica Rabbit when she was snapped by photographers in New York, but fans noted a big change in her figure.

"Several outlets including the Daily Star speculated over whether Gaga was 'pregnant with her first child,'" the publication said.

A rep for the singer, however, said that Lady Gaga and boyfriend Taylor Kinney are not expecting their first baby.

"The 28-year-old, who has been pushing her new album with the legendary singer Tony Bennett, has been hopping in and out of several different costumes in recent weeks - and on the same day as the red dress was seen in a tight blue onesie, with no hint of a bump whatsoever," Mirror noted. "Maybe it was just dinner?"

In another report from Inquisitr, sporting a fuller figure shouldn't come as a surprise as Lady Gaga's weight has been fluctuating over the years.

"This certainly isn't the first time that pregnancy rumors have followed her around after a night out on the town. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Gaga showed a fuller figure back in 2012, and people started talking babies back then, too," it said.

The "Paparazzi" singer has made no secret about her love for pizza and pasta, due to her Italian blood and New York upbringing.

"That's why I have been staying out of New York. My father opened a restaurant. It's so amazing. It's so freaking delicious, but I'm telling you I gain five pounds every time I go in there," she said in an earlier interview.

If indeed Lady Gaga and boyfriend Taylor Kinney are indeed expecting their first baby, it also wouldn't be shocking as the singer said in a previous interview that she can see herself spending the rest of her life with the "Chicago Fire" star.
