Monday marks another new and exciting episode of "Yowamushi Pedal" Season 2, "Grande Road." Episode 10 entitled, "The Domain that Lies Ahead" was simulcast for fans outside of Japan by Crunchyroll through paid subscription. Synopsis:

This episode opens with the beginning of Arakita's story about being on the baseball team and how he broke his elbow right before an important tournament game. His teammates cursed him and he switched schools to get away from baseball. Then he met Fukutomi, who challenged him to a race. Even though Arakita was on a motor scooter, Fukutomi still beat him. And that was the moment that Arakita began to believe that reality could be changed.

At first it appears that everyone hates Arakita, but Shinkai Hayato tells him that Fukutomi actually likes him. In fact, Hayato explains that Fukutomi likes Arakita because he's different and has a strong will. At Arakita's first race, he pedals his heart out to catch up with Fukutomi, but then passes out.

Before the next race, Fukutomi tells Arakita he will help him win the race as long as he sustains his will to win. Fukutomi then tells Arakita to use his bike for the race. Arakita ultimately wins and thus begins his power move in the current Inter-high race. He pushes past Machimiya and tells him that he'll buy him a Pepsi once the race is over. He then leaves him in the dust along with Hiroshima Kureminami Tech Bicycle club.

Machimiya admits defeat, but hopes for the Pepsi that Arakita promised him.
