Psy's 'Gangnam Style' on the Tail of Justin Bieber's 'Baby'

Psy's "Gangnam Style" is currently on track to catch up to Justin Bieber's "Baby."

Recently, the incredibly popular "Gangnam Style" music video passed 300 million views on YouTube and people are wondering if it will be able to catch up to Justin Bieber's "Baby," which currently holds the record for the highest number of views at 774 million views to date.

For "Baby," it took 6 months to reach 300 million views but Psy has achieved this record in a mere 2 and a half months since its release.

However, Psy is currently #1 on the Billboard Digital Singles chart and is en route to take the #1 spot on the Hot 100 as well. People are anticipating the possibility that Psy's "Gangnam Style" may just be able to break Justin Bieber's record on YouTube, which would be a huge milestone.

The current #2 in views on YouTube is Jennifer Lopez's "On the Floor" at 588 million views, followed by Eminem's "Love the Way You Lie" at 490 million.
