Diddy And Drake Duke It Out In Front Of Miami Nightclub According To TMZ Report

Did Diddy punch Drake over a song?

The music stars were reportedly involved in an altercation at a Miami nightclub early Monday morning, which landed Drake in the hospital. Rumors are now circulating that the clash may have been incited over a failed collaboration between the rappers.

According to TMZ, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, 45, and Drake, 28, had planned to record a song together 8 months ago. However, when Diddy failed to find time to record the track, which had been given to them by producer Boi-1da, Drake recorded it on his own.

Drake released the song, which is called "0 to 100/ The Catch Up," and received two Grammy nominations last week, one for Best Rap Performance and another for Best Rap Song. Diddy was allegedly angry over missing out on the song now that it has received acclaim.

TMZ reported that Diddy approached Drake at LIV nightclub in Miami Beach on Monday, which was actually the birthday party of DJ Khaled. Drake allegedly blew Diddy off when he tried to confront him. This was the first time Diddy had seen the "Nothing Was The Same" rapper since the release of the track in question.

The publication claimed that Diddy told Drake, "You'll never disrespect me again." The music mogul reportedly followed this up by punching Drake.

In the commotion, Drake hurt his shoulder and exacerbated an old injury, which forced him to pay a visit to the ER.

Drake was later photographed sporting a black eye.

This is not the first bit of celebrity drama that the Canadian rapper has been involved in over the past week.

Over the weekend, Chris Brown accused his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran of cheating on him with Drake in the past. However, according to Hollywood Life, both Tran and Drake denied the allegation, while Brown has apologized to Tran and reportedly hopes to make things right with Drake.
