Comedian Shin Dong Yup and singers Yoo Hee Yeol and Sung Si Kyung have been confirmed to host the 2014 ‘KBS Entertainment Awards’.

On December 11, KBS revealed that Shin Dong Yup, Yoo Hee Yeol and Sung Si Kyung would be the hosts for the 2014 ‘KBS Entertainment Awards’.

Shin Dong Yup, known to be host to many popular shows, will be hosting this award ceremony for the 5th year in a row. Many expect a stable and professional stage manner from Shin Dong Yup as he has hosted the show many times before.

On the other hand, it will be the first time for Yoo Hee Yeol and Sung Si Kyung to host the ‘Entertainment Awards’. Yoo Hee Yeol is known for his own show, “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook” and radio shows. He has also recently appeared on variety shows and showed a different side to him as well.

Many fans and media are curious to see how this trio will be as they host the ceremony together.

One KBS official commented that most ceremony hosts were a mix of female and male, but this year they have made the hosts all male. They hope that this new trio will be able to bring a different and fun image to the show this year.
