Popular producer Brave Brother has teamed up with U.S. rapper (Keenan Jackson).

Brave Entertainment revealed on December 15 that Brave Brother would be working with rapper YG for his new album that will release in 2015.

News of the two possibly working together garnered much attention as fans and media anticipated what type of music they would release.

This is a rare situation to see a U.S. rapper and Korean producer coming together to work for an album. There have been many instances where U.S and foreign producers and directors coming to Korea to work with an idol group, but there have not been many times where a Korean producer has gone overseas to work with a foreign artist.

It has also been revealed that rapper YG will be visiting Korea for the first time and visit Brave Entertainment’s office soon as well.

Brave Brother recently began his own agency and have been receiving many love calls from many U.S. musicians. Brave Brother plans to expand to the U.S. market eventually as well.

Rapper YG has won the rap album award for the 2014 Billboard This Year’s Best Top 10. He is the CEo of Pu$haz Ink and is well known for his song, “Toot It and Boot It.”
