Monday marks an all new episode of "Yowamushi Pedal: Grande Road" or "Yowamushi Pedal" season two. Episode 11 entitled "Survival" picks up with Arakita pedaling ahead to win the last day of the Inter-High. Episode 11 was simulcast to fans outside of Japan on anime subscription site Crunchyroll. Synopsis:

This week's episode picks up with Machimiya's surrender to Arakita in the final race of Inter-High. Arakita, Manami and Onoda pedal along after beating Machimiya and Hiroshima team. They finally catch up with the lead pack and reconnect with their two lead team members respectively.

Onoda thanks Arakita. Arakita reminds him that from here on out they are opponents. The two schools cross the midway point and receive provisions. Back with Midousuji, he tells his teammate Ishigaki that they don't need any of their other teammates who are behind. He looks as sinister as usual while saying this.

Onoda notes how different the race feels as they all near the finish line. Shinkai of Hakone Academy sprints toward the finish line with Fuku. Onoda worries he will fall behind but receives some encouragement from Makishima. He tells him to enjoy the tension.

Arakita volunteers to pull Hakone all the way to victory. Onoda and Arakita share a look as they remember their recent battle against Machimiya and the riders from Hiroshima. Arakita pulls the team along and they pass the last checkpoint. Arakita remembers all of his arguments and training with Fuku to get to this point.

Unfortunately, Arakita runs out of strength at the last moment, and Shinkai sprints for Hakone. Onoda laments the loss. Hakone Academy thanks Arakita for his hard work.
