Lee Hyori made an appearance in a variety show after being away for a long time.

Recently Lee Hyori met A Pink who is currently acting as temporary guardians to abandoned dogs through the program KBS 2TV 'declaration of freedom Saturday' part 1 'Birth of Family'. Currently Lee Hyori is discreetly working to help protect the abandoned animals.

End of last November A Pink who attended 'Support night for building of care center for abandoned animals' put on by 'animal freedom association', happily greeted Lee Hyori, who attended the event with Soon Shim Ee. A Pink actively asked Lee Hyori for advice, who is a senior in both music industry and currently raising an abandoned dog Soon Shin Ee.

Lee Hyori looked happy to see one of A Pink's abandoned dogs Dal Lee, talking about how she met him during a magazine photoshoot for abandoned dogs. Also A Pink was heard to be touched by Lee Hyori's older-sister like warm advices regarding what to watch out for when raising an abandoned dog, how to care for the scars abandoned dogs have, and others.

A Pink timidly asked original girl group's leader Lee Hyori if she's seen their stage, to which Lee Hyori copied a bit of their butterfly dance from the song 'I don't know' while being unable to hide her embarrassment. Airs on December 17th.
