BTOB's Ilhoon Covers Beenzino's 'If I Die Tomorrow'

Korean boy band BTOB will be releasing a winter album called The Winter's Tale on December 22. The album and upcoming "Don't Cry" single are part of the group's 1000 Day Anniversary celebration.

As a special early Christmas gift to fans, leader Ilhoon uploaded a cover of Beenzino's "If I Die Tomorrow" onto Cube Entertainment's official YouTube channel.

The original song is about reflecting on the hardships in your life, wondering how people will remember you once you're gone and mulling over burning regrets. Ilhoon put his own spin on the song, adding new lyrics that portrayed his personal difficulties growing up under the spotlight.

In the cover video, Ilhoon wears a stylish black hat and camel cardigan. He holds a pair of headphones to one ear as he sings into the studio microphone. He appears very passionate and intensely invested in his singing and rapping, showing a more mature side to fans.

The top rated comment under the video, by Perrine Begd, exclaims, "Wow! Ilhoon is amazing. This song is beautiful...our talented boy writes his lyrics!"
