About putting their current building in Cheongdamdong out for sale, JYP Entertainment revealed that they will be "merging offices in the new building."

One representative of JYP Entertainment said, "We are currently using 5 different buildings around the main JYP building. We'll be merging them all in the new building."

They continued, "The Cheongdamdong building was owned personally by Park Jin Young so it's not a part of JYP Entertainment. The reason it was out for sale also has Park Jin Young's personal reasons."
