Thursday marks another new episode of "Psycho-Pass 2" or Psycho-Pass" season two. Episode 11 entitled "What Color?" was simulcast to subscription customers thanks to Funimation. Synopsis:

The episode begins with Inspector Akane Tsunemori preventing Kamui from killing Togane. She steps in front of him so that the dominator can only read her crime coefficient. She then agrees to take Kamui to Sibyl and handcuffs Togane to a pipe. Togane flashes back to his memories of childhood and what he believes his sole purpose is: to color everyone black so that his mother appears pure. He damages his own wrist to break free.

Meanwhile, Tsunemori and Kamui are stopped by Misako Togane, who plans to kill Kamui using an apparent override with the dominator. However, Kamui points his dominator and kills her. They enter the chamber of the Sibyl system, and the computer agrees to judge Kamui as multiple people rather than as one person. It then wipes all crime producing elements of its own system so that it has a crime coefficient of zero.

Kamui is satisfied that his coefficient can now be detected, in which, Tsunemori arrests him. Shisui takes her last stand but is instead hit with a non-lethal dominator shot by a latecomer.

Kamui reveals the final portion of his plan which was to make Sibyl impossible to be pure by being a product of pooled crime coefficients. He states there's another option for the future but Tsunemori demands to still uphold the law.

Togane has escaped and calls Shimotsuki to lead a different mission. He discovers the body of his mother and tries to kill Kamui. Tsunemori stands in the way and Togane reveals himself as the killer of her grandmother. Kamui shoots Togane and he shoots Kamui, who explodes. Sibyl informs Inspector Tsunemori that they have yet to process a collective color for society, but it will only arrive with the help of her continued service.

Shimotsuki wants to kill Togane but can't bring herself to do it. Togane dies, according to Shimotsuki.

The episode ends with a conversation between the new Sibyl inviting Tsunemori to be promoted to the interior. She declines and expresses optimism for the new collective "psycho-pass" structure.
