JYJ To Release Their First Japan Single ‘Wake Me Tonight’ On January 21

Group JYJ will be releasing their first Japanese single, Wake Me Tonight, on January 21.

Nikkan Sports revealed today that group JYJ had announced that they would be releasing their first single in Japan next month during their Fukuoka Dome concert on December 23.

Media revealed that their song was first revealed on December 18 at their Tokyo Dome concert. After announcing the news of their first single release, fans in the audience showed their happiness and supported the group.

JYJ is currently on their first dome tour in Japan and has just wrapped up their last performance in Fukuoka.

This year marks their 10th anniversary since debut and through this Japan tour, they were able to meet 100,000 fans in 2 days at the Tokyo Dome and 75,000 fans at their Osaka concert.

This tour is marks a special moment for JYJ as its their first dome tour since the creation of JYJ.

After being able to perform in Japan freely, many popular media including Sankei, Nihon TV, Fuji TV and others began covering the group’s events and reported on their concerts.
