The KBS end of the year music festival, Gayo Daechukje (Gayo Daejun) was held on December 26. The music festival featured special collaborative stages and plenty of dance sequences which highlighted music from international artists.

EXO was prominently featured throughout the festival, along with INFINITE and Girls’ Generation. YG Entertainment artists were visibly absent from the music festival while JYP Entertainment’s 2PM was also included in the lineup.

The music festival presented a delicate balance between male group performances and special stages from female artists.

Girls' Generation delivered on their first major performances on Korean television since the departure of Jessica. Girls’ Generation performed their hit “Mr.Mr” while INFINITE followed up a collaborative stage with EXO. Both INFINITE and EXO exhibited the strength of their performativity throughout the ceremony.

2PM and B1A4 presented their strong stages of “Go Crazy” and “Solo Day.”

Pop rock group CNBLUE, whose live performances are captivating, were also a highlight of the program.

 Girls' Generation “Mr.Mr”  

Girls’ Generation have had a minor presence in the end of the year celebrations but were prominently featured during the KBS Gayo Daechukje.

 INFINITE “Last Romeo”

The members of INFINITE were prominently showcased during the festival along with EXO. Their performance of “Last Romeo” was fantastic.

CNBLUE “Can’t Stop”

2PM BTS VIXX Collaboration Stage  

2PM went wild with BTS and VIXX on their collaborative stage.

A Pink “Mr. Chu” & “LUV”

A Pink had a solid comeback in 2014 with their hit “LUV.” They delivered a festive version of the song for KBS.

 AOA “Like a Cat”  

AOA continues to bring their unique brand of sexiness to the end of the year ceremonies.

BEAST “Good Luck”  

BEAST performed their hit “Good Luck.”

SISTAR “Touch My Body”  

SISTAR continues to ride the success of their 2014 comeback album, as well as Soyou x Junggigo’s “Some.”

B1A4 “Solo Day”  

B1A4’s “Solo Day” is a captivating stage and continues to be a fan favorite.
