Casio Edits Out Jessica From Girls' Generation Glam Baby-G Pictorial

Although the original photoshoot included Jessica Jung, Casio has unveiled its latest pictorial featuring Girls' Generation's remaining eight members.

For Baby-G's 20th anniversary, Casio unveiled photos featuring Girls' Generation, who is collaborating with the watch brand for the fourth time.

"Girls' Generation brightened the atmosphere on set with their cheerful energy throughout the long photoshoot," said Baby-G rep according to allkpop. "They prepared for the advertisement concept beforehand and meticulously monitored the photos throughout the photoshoot, impressing the staff with their active participation."

While only the remaining eight members of Girls' Generation were featured in this pictorial, fans found photos confirming Jessica participated in the photoshoot prior to her departure from the group. A behind-the-scenes video of the photoshoot can also be found on YouTube featuring all nine original members.

Since her departure from Girls' Generation, Jessica has been rumored to be pursuing a solo singing career. Most recently, VIP-celebrity relations specialist Reggie Martin posted a video of the singer in the studio working with Jermaine Jackson.

"Jessica Jung, a Korean star and Jermaine Jackson from legendary group Jackson 5, the brother of Michael and Janet Jackson making magic happen in the studio," wrote Martin on Instagram.

"What an amazing experience to see an icon in action. Stay tuned in 2015."

"He also left his group and went on to go solo," commented black_tuna on allkpop. "I hope he has good advice for Jessica and passes on what he has learned through his life about the music business."

On December 22, Jessica attended a fan signing as the creative director for her fashion company BLANC & ECLARE, where she shed tears and thanked her fans.

"Thank you for today, and I will read each and every one of these today," said Jessica regarding the many letters she received at the event.

"I will create many events where we can meet more often."
