The "Persona" fans of the world may be focused on the highly anticipated release date of "Persona 5," but those who like the less interactive part of the franchise will get a release date of their own.

Today the release date for "Persona 3 The Movie: Falling Down" was finally confirmed for April. Additionally, the official website for the upcoming animated film also confirmed that the main theme song for the film will be performed by Yumi Kawamura and Lotus Juice.

Somewhat hilariously, fans have reacted to the announcement about "Persona 3 The Movie: Falling Down" by looking ahead to the follow up movie that allegedly will take place in the Winter.

"I want the fourth movie to carry the title ‘Winter of Our Discontent' said Andhros on Siliconera. "I think that if they include ‘the Answer' from ‘Fes' than ‘The Winter's Tale' would be better. However, for the end of ‘the Journey' I prefer ‘Richard III'."

"4th movie...Winter is Coming..." commented Xion.

Anime News Network reports that the official release date for "Persona 3 The Movie: Falling Down" is set for April 4, 2015. In addition to the release date, Japanese musical artists Yumi Kawamura and Lotus Juice are set to perform the main theme song for the movie. The title of the song is reported to be "Light in the Starless Sky."

The key crew for "Persona 3 The Movie: Falling Down" includes Keitara Motonaga, who is the director and Keisuke Watabe, who designed the characters. Toshihiro Kohama will return as the art director. Music will be handled by Shoji Meguro and Tetsuya Kobayashi.

The official "Persona 3 The Movie" website provides the following synopsis (via ANN):

"I kind of understand now... You're afraid of losing things, right?"

"The season turns to autumn. The fight of the protagonist and his group S.E.E.S. with the strange monsters Shadows is getting closer to an end. Makoto and his allies engage in life-or-death battles with Shadows in order to end the Dark Hour. Through the battles, some must face the deaths of friends and family, some must notice what precious things must be protected, and some must find meaning in the battles that have occurred.

In front of Makoto, the mysterious transfer student Ryōji Mochizuki appears. When the group greets a new morning, the gears of fate begin to turn. A fight revolving around each of the heroes' bonds begins..."
