Viewers are cheering for "The 3rd Hospital" Kim Seung Woo's one-sided love affair.

On the Thursday episode of the tvN drama, Kim Seung Woo seemed distraught by his unrequited love.

"The 3rd Hospital" is the first medical drama to deal with eastern and western medicine. It centers on genius neurosurgeon Kim Doo Hyun (Kim Seung Woo) and his genius eastern medicine doctor brother Kim Seung Hyun (Oh Ji Ho) and how they fight over work and love. Doo Hyun is currently experiencing feelings for Hye In (Kim Min Jung).

However, this episode chronicled how the love triangle is progressing. Doo Hyun succeeds a nearly impossible surgery on Eui Jin (Girls' Generation's Sooyoung) but one month later, her brain tumor returns.

Eui Jin despairs, Seung Hyun stays by her side but Hye In is unable to leave Seung Hyun's side and Doo Hyun could only watch Hye In from afar. Doo Hyun passing by Hye In with Seung Hyun was full of tension.

Kim Seung Woo is the victim of this love triangle. Despite his steely exterior, he is a very dedicated man, who can only express these feelings awkwardly for the one woman he sets his eyes on. More and more viewers are expressing their disappointment at his loss.

Some of his supporters even created a music video parodying his scenes with G-Dragon's "That XX."
