Anime and manga website Crunchyroll continues to roll out its Winter 2015 simulcast titles. It all began with "Magic Kaito 1412" and now they're just three series' away from completely announcing their lineup.

The latest title Crunchyroll announced was "Shinmai Maou no Testament" or "The Testament of Sister New Devil." The series which begins airing in Japan on January 7 will be simulcast to fans outside of Japan with subscriptions. Those without can use free subscriptions to Crunchyroll one week after the episodes air. Additionally, fans can watch the latest trailer for the anime series below.

When it was initially announced that "The Testament of Sister New Devil" would be adapted into an anime, fans had mostly positive reactions.

"Been reading the light novels and manga for this and I am pretty hyped. Key visual is nice and the staff are good. It airing in 2015 is helpful as well, means I'll have more money to buy all the merch," commented EighteenSky in an ANN forum.

"I've been reading the manga version, and so far the action sequences are fun to read, and the art style and character movements seems fluid and interesting. Will watch," said Hameyadea.

Most of the negative reactions to "The Testament of Sister New Devil" have to do with the somewhat risque romance plot between the main character and his "new sister." However, given the popularity of previous iterations, perhaps something else outweighs the risque plot.

According to Anime News Network, the anime adaptation of "The Testament of Sister New Devil" (originally a light novel by Tetsuto Uesu) is directed by Hisashi Saito with scripts written by Takao Yoshioka. Additionally, Yoshihiro Watanabe handled character design.

The main voice cast for the series includes: Yūichi Nakamura as Basara Tojo, Ayaka Asai as Mio Naruse, Sarah Emi Bridcutt as Yuki Nonoka, Kaori Fukuhara as Maria Naruse, Yuu Asakawa as Chitose Hasegawa, and Keiji Fujiwara as Jin Tojo, Basara's father.

Crunchyroll describes the story of "The Testament of Sister New Devil" as follows:

"Basara Toujo is a high school student whose father has suddenly just remarried. His father then departs overseas leaving Basara with two new beautiful step-sisters. Little does he know, his new sisters, Mio and Maria are actually the new Demon Lord and a succubus!?

Almost trapped into a life of servitude, Basara forms a reverse contract by accident and ends up becoming Mio's master! Hijinks ensue as Basara finds himself in one ecchi situation after another. However, Mio's life is in danger as she is pursued by demons and heroes!"
