After its Holiday hiatus, the most popular anime series of 2014 is back with an all new episode. "Parasyte the Maxim" episode 13 entitled "Hello Sadness" was streamed to countries outside of Japan thanks to Crunchyroll. For those without subscriptions however, below are links to two websites where "Parasyte the Maxim" is available to stream for free online.

Synopsis:

The episode begins in the aftermath of the tragic murder of Kana. At school, people are buzzing around Shinichi because he witnessed Kana's murder. Even Satomi is concerned with how calm Shinichi seems to be even though he knew Kana. She also can't help but wonder if something happened between them.

Meanwhile, the murder sparks interest among a Parasyte group of officials, specifically a woman by the name of Tamura requests to run some experiments on Shinichi in order to figure out his relationship with the parasites that have come to earth. Tamura is also currently experimenting with a baby that she's miraculously trained to go quiet at her command.

Tamura sends a group after Shinichi, but he is able to take them down easily. After Satomi runs from him at school, he worries about his humanness again. Migi assures him he's nothing like a parasite, which causes him no less worry. Shinichi visits the site of Kana's murder and is followed by someone Tamura hired. Migi tries to kill the follower but Shinichi does not allow it. He warns Shinichi that he's put himself in a bad position - one in which they'll be subject to experiments. Migi also warns they may send a parasite after them.

Shinichi has a nightmare that people have discovered he's harboring Migi. He leaves in the middle of class. He later hears the man that was stalking him in the street and realizes there's no going back from the events of having a parasite.

Shinichi goes to visit Satomi. It appears that Satomi knows something is wrong/been bothering him. Shinichi however cannot tell her about Migi.
