‘Five Nights At Freddy's 2' Game Theory Suggests Something Terrifying About The Security Guard And The Puppet

"The Game Theorists" Youtube Channel is back again with another theory about horror PC game "Five Nights at Freddy's" but this time it's for the sequel. As with the previous theory, it makes the game much creepier.

In other words, don't read further if "Five Nights at Freddy's 2" was already too much on its own.

According to "The Game Theorists," "Five Nights at Freddy's 2" is actually a prequel to "Five Nights at Freddy's." Additionally, they have a very frightening theory about who is responsible for the murderous animatronics, and the new enemy, the Puppet.

"When you die in ‘Five nights at Freddy's 2', you sometimes get a screen like this. That youngsters was E.T. for the Atari," explains Matthew Patrick of The Game Theorists. "But seriously you get these disturbing death mini games, which true to the 1987 setting use Atari-esque graphics to depict various horrific events."

"These death mini games are the most important piece in figuring out the true story behind these games," said Patrick.

The Game Theorists go on to explain that the "death mini games" sometimes depicted when you die in "Five Night's at Freddy's 2" symbolize a previous iteration of "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza." Close attention to details provided be "The Phone Guy" reveal that the restuarant was originally called "Fredbear's Family Diner."

What happens during the "death mini games" implies a theory from before: the animatronics are out to seek revenge because they are stuffed with the dead bodies of children who were kidnapped and murdered.

But who exactly is doing the kidnapping? And what about that Puppet that attacks you when you forget to wind the music box?

The Game Theorist proposes that the Puppet is a ghost child that is kidnapped and murdered in the "death mini games." This involves watching the screens when you lose the game very closely. Additionally, they suggest that the Puppet joins with the dead souls of the children to seek revenge for their murders.

The murderer of the children they suppose is the "Phone guy" from "Five Nights at Freddy's 2." They back this up with his preference for Foxy and his discomfort around the Puppet, and the appearance of the Purple Guy in the "death mini game" that appears to be holding a phone.

If this theory seems confusing in words, you can watch the full Game Theory about "Five Nights at Freddy's 2" below. "Five Nights at Freddy's 3" is currently in production.
