Watch New ‘Death Parade' Key Animation Videos Featuring Deleted Takashi Action Sequences

2015 Winter anime season is in full swing and it looks like the animation team behind "Death Parade" wants to generate more excitement for the series besides its debut this week.

The official "Death Parade" twitter released new key animation videos today that feature scenes from the pilot episode that premiered this week. The catch is that the animation sequences did not ultimately end of in the episodes so the sequences are somewhat "director's cuts." Nevertheless, the sequences feature the character Takashi.

So far fan reactions to the premiere of "Death Parade" have been ones of praise for the animation studio responsible, MadHouse:

"We all know Madhouse is best anime studio, so yeah we will trust them," commented xArDDe on Reddit. "Madhouse has made a lot of amazing anime. I can't think of a more consistent anime studio."

"In MadHouse We Trust," stated Konpie.

"Best is debatable as there are many fantastic studios but MadHouse is definitely in that top tier," explained Plateau95.

Anime News Network reports that in addition to the new Twitter released animation sequences, animator Nuiya from MadHouse also used his own Twitter to release several of his comedic sketches. Finally, with a few quick scrolls through the official "Death Parade" Twitter reveals that various other staff members released several countdown sketches until the premiere on January 9.

To view the animation sequences and artwork, fans can visit animator Nuiya's Twitter and the "Death Parade" official Twitter.

"Death Parade" is described by Funimation as follows:

"There is a place after death that's neither heaven nor hell. A bar that serves you one chance to win. You cannot leave until the game is over, and when it is, your life may be too. From Studio Madhouse (Death Note, Black Lagoon) comes a thrilling new series where the stakes are high and the rules are simple: your life is on the line."

Funimation is currently simulcasting "Death Parade" every Friday at 11:30am.
