'Full House, Take 2' Actors Just As Popular As Idol Groups?

SBS Plus drama "Full House, Take 2" stars Roh Min Woo and Park Ki Woong are brewing a fan storm.

The two male leads play two characters Lee Tae Ik and Won Kang Whui, who are the members of an idol group duo TAKE ONE.

The press conference for the drama was even attended by hundreds of fans from all over the world. The drama, which received a lot of attention even before it premiered, is set to expand beyond the boundaries of Korea.

When they shot on location in China and Japan, the fan reactions were overwhelming. The two actors' popularity was not unlike that of idol groups who are active today. As the two male duo become more exposed, the drama is also benefiting from the promotional efforts.

The production crew released a statement saying, "Like the Korean stars they are, Roh Min Woo and Park Ki Woong stole the hearts of fans everywhere with the gentlemenly conduct and good looks. They are constantly being bombarded by fans wherever they go but they aren't complaining at all, which is much easier for the crew members."

"Full House, Take 2" is a sequel to the 2004 drama that starred Song Hye Kyo and Rain. The sequel stars Hwang Jung Eum as the romantic interest. It airs everyday on SBS PLUS.
