Former Norah Jones Collaborator Peter Malick To Appear On CNBLUE Vocalist Jung Yong Hwa’s Solo Album

Band CNBLUE member Jung Yong Hwa has revealed that he has worked with famous producer Peter Malick for his recently released solo album.

Jung Yong Hwa’s first solo album, which will release on January 20th, has been revealed to have many collaboration songs with artists such as YDG, Verbal Jint, Yoon Do Hyun, JJ Lin and others.

Jung Yong Hwa worked with Peter Malick for his song, “27 Years,” which is part of his solo album.

Peter Malick is a well known guitarist and producer and has worked with many popular blues artists. He received much attention after working with Norah Jones’ song, “New York City.”

Last May, Jung Yong Hwa had visited LA to support baseball player Ryu Hyun Jin at a LA Dodgers game. While in LA, he decdied to visit Malick’s studio in order to discuss and produce a song.

“It was an honor to work with Jung Yong Hwa,” Malick commented. “I want to make more K-Pop.”

The two were seen keeping in touch through twitter after their meeting in LA. Recently, Malick commented on Jung Yong Hwa’s collaboration with YDG and stated, “I am liking his collaboration with YDG,” and received much attention online, according to reports.
