Yesterday, Psy announced that he would be releasing a new album next year during his press conference in Paris.

During his Paris press conference in front of 80 media, he commented, "Next February or March, I will be releasing a worldwide album. This album will have both English and Korean and will debut internationally."

A day before his press conference, he attended a "Gangnam Style" flash mob in Paris with 20,000 fans. Psy commented, "I didn't think I was that popular in Paris although my video had 650 million views," as he showed his shock at all the people that came for the flash mob.

He also commented, "There are many K-Pop artists that have debuted overseas before me. I just released my music online and many people just happened to listen and like my music. I'm sure many other artists will succeed too."
