Rumors about the "Frozen 2" release date has been swirling around, yet Disney has not released any updates about it.

The Realty Today reported that the "Frozen 2" release date has not yet been confirmed by Disney, as well as the cast included in the film and other information regarding that matter.

However, the "Frozen Fever" animated short film release date has been set on March 13, 20115. The said film will star Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad.

Furthermore, singer Idina Menzel of "Let It Go" is not sure if she and Kristen Bell will "reprise their roles as Queen Elsa and Anna, respectively," according to Franchise Herald.

"Ah yeah, sure... Not the stage show-I don't know what will happen with that-but the movie hopefully. We'll see. I'm just going along for the ride," Menzel said in an interview with the UK's Telegraph according to Franchise Herald.

Since the Disney has not yet released updates on "Frozen 2" it's not yet confirmed if Queen Elsa and Anna will be recast.

Also, another speculation has emerged that actress Emily Blunt of "Into the Woods" might take on Kristen Bell's character as Anna. However, Blunt said "No, no! That [series] is for my friend Kristen Bell, who just crushed it, and I am so happy for her. So no. I don't know. There's just never going to be another Elsa and Anna."
