After a slight delay, "Assassination Classroom" is now streaming online again. Episode 3 entitled "Karma Time" is being streamed to fans outside of Japan by Funimation. For those without subscriptions however, below are links to two websites where fans can stream episodes of "Assassination Classroom" for free online.

Synopsis:

Karasuma takes over the gym class from Koro-Sensei and tells him to go play in the sandbox by himself. Karasuma tries to train the students by informing them that they need to drill the basics before they can expect to make any progress. Meanwhile, Koro-Sensei makes a really elaborate sandcastle. Koro-sensei worries that Karasuma is trying to steal his popularity with the class.

Karma arrives at school finally and immediately tries to kill Koro-sensei with a deadly handshake. Nagisa recalls Karma's violent behavior to Kaede that eventually lead to Karma's suspension. He's the first one to have successfully damaged Koro-sensei.

Karma continues to piss off Koro-sensei later by stealing his gelato that he flew to Italy specifically for. Nagisa notes that Karma is able to manipulate anyone. Back at the main campus Nagisa overhears some students making fun of him for being in E-class. Karma however shows up and stops the bullying to ask him about Koro-sensei's tendency toward making Octopus references.

Karma remarks that he's happy he finally gets to kill a real teacher. Karma puts a dead octopus on Koro-sensei's desk and Koro-sensei responds by making Octopus balls at Mach speed. Karma's plans fail all day. Koro-sensei instead grooms and takes care of Karma while he tries to kill him. Karma decides to try to kill himself to trick Koro-sensei into dying to save him.

Karma's plan is ultimately thwarted. Koro-sensei vows to always protect Karma as long as he's the teacher. Koro-sensei then encourages Karma to try to kill him again but Karma just mentions that he's the one who took his money from his purse.
