Former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung has opened an official, personal Instagram account. On January 31, the idol-turned-designer made her first post for fans. She shared a video of her saying hello, along with the caption, "Sorry I'm so late to the party!"

On February 2, Jung made her second post. She shared a photo of herself at a restaurant holding a menu, while wearing a simple black dress and elegant pearls. She commented, "Favorite place. #happy #enjoy #smile #foodie #littleblackdress #alaia."

Although Jung has been on Instagram for less than a week, she already has a staggering 417,000 followers! Her account description states, "Singer. Designer. Model. Actress. Sleep lover. Follow your heart. I got your back."

Jung is currently following eight accounts: Former EXO member Kris, Blanc Group, her rumored beau Tyler Kwon, actress Park Min Young, Ja Rule, Lane Crawford, Kim A Reum, and Reggie Martin Macau.

Jessica Jung recently attended a special fashion event in Hong Kong hosted by Yves Saint Laurent and Google Glass. At the event, she promoted the latest Volupté Sheer Candy Lipstick collection while clad in a sheer YSL blouse and leather pants.

The new designer has been immensely busy with various fashion collaborations and promotions, which include being the face of Chinese sports brand Li-Ning, posing for Lapalette's Spring 2015 advertising campaign, and expanding her brand Blanc & Eclare.
