Today marks another new episode of magical boys anime "Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!" Episode 5 entitled "To Steal Love Without Regret" was streamed to fans outside of Japan thanks to Funimation. Synopsis:

Two mysterious figures discuss a "cosplay" group that has been causing a ruckus around school.

Back at the Defense Club meeting, it's quiet and slow. Likely due to the pouring rain outside. Atsushi and En discuss En's tendency to be passive and defensive. He says this in English, causing the group to show off their English skills and knowledge of American culture. Yumoto shows up in nirivana from cuddling with the Wombat, but then the group suddenly notices that Mr. Tawarayama is developing mold from his time without the Wombat.

Meanwhile, someone takes pictures of the Club from a distance . . .

Kinosaki and Tazawa of the Press Society Club show up to the club room saying they want to do a story about beloved teachers and their students. It would appear that Kinosaki was the person taking a picture of the teacher as they washed the mold off of him.

The Defense Club tries to get out of the interview, but Kinosaki is in En's face the next day asking for an interview. He asks him a bunch of questions that En answers by saying nothing to. Kinosaki makes the rounds with the rest of the members of the club.

Meanwhile the Conquest Club infects their next target, Sousa Enkaku.

While the Defense club decides what to do about Kinosaki and Tazawa, the pair show up to the bath house and the boys aren't sure what to do to continue to hide their secret identities. They settle on finally admitting that Tawarayama is dead to Kinosaki and leave him to be responsible while they go transform.

This week's enemy is a remote that turns the gym into a sauna and causes the students practicing to pass out. The remote gains control of Yumoto, but then the Wombat ends the control. Yumoto makes a quick love shower and saves the day. The other boys hilariously note they didn't have to be there.

Ultimately, the boys return to the bath house and "save" the teacher. It pretty much creeps the Press Club out so they publish a positive story about the Defense Club defending their teacher.
