Yahoo News reported that Paris Hilton's youngest brother was charged with interfering with a flight crew during a 10½-hour trip. According to authorities Conrad Hilton, 20, allegedly called the other passengers on the flight peasants. He also reportedly made children cry with his death threats and profanities.

According to witnesses, Conrad was heard allegedly yelling "If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it and I will f*cking fight you." "I am going to f*cking kill you."  "I will f*cking rip through you." "I will f*cking own anyone on this flight; they are f*cking peasants."

Witnesses say Conrad punched the bulkhead of the plane just inches from a flight attendant's face. According to witnesses, Conrad allegedly grabbed a flight attendant's shirt and said, "I could get you all fired in 5 minutes. I know your boss! My father will pay this out. He has done it before. Dad paid $300k last time."

The captain of the flight restrained Conrad when he fell asleep. He was handcuffed to his seat for the duration of the flight.

The FBI reports says that drink service was delayed about 40 minutes. Witnesses said that Hilton got out of his seat at least 20 times during flight. According to reports Hilton began the disruption as soon as the flight took off. According to reports the seat belt sign was still on when Hilton began.

Conrad Hilton appeared in U.S. District Court in wearing a dark suit and shirt buttoned to the collar. He was also wearing ankle chains, his hands were manacled at his waist.

The judge asked if Conrad understood the charges,
