Chelsea Handler did it again! This time she thanked Twitter for having her as she posted another risqué photo in her Twitter account.

The "Chelsea Lately" host tweeted a pic on Thursday, Feb. 12 baring her breasts as she stands at a balcony surveying the view below with caption that says, "Thanks for having me, twitter."

Although, it's not clear what Handler meant by the ambiguous message, reports from NYDailyNews states it could be interpreted as her bidding farewell to Twitter or could be simple thank you to the social media site for being more permissive than Instagram, which has a very strict nudity policy. However, it's clear that Handler has a tendency for going topless, sometimes just for fun as she did it during a ski trip in December, and sometimes to make a strong political statement.

Handler stirred up discussion on social media as she bared her breasts on numerous occasion in support for the "Free The Nipple" campaign. According to reports from NYDailyNews, Handler got attention for posting a side-by-side topless photo of Russian president Vladimir Putin and herself on horseback in Instagram.

She captioned the Instagram photo, "Anything a man can do, a woman has the right to do better. #kremlin." The photo instantly went viral. However, the photo was soon taken down by Instagram but she posted it again, this time captioning it, "If instagram takes this down again, you're saying Vladimir Putin Has more 1st amendment rights than me. Talk to your bosses." The photo was taken down again.

More recently, Handler raised eyebrows when she posted a photo of herself riding a camel during a visit to Israel last month, with topless pic showing her wearing Star of David pasties.

She captioned the photo, "A Muslim allowed a topless Jew to sit on his camel. And we say we can't live side by side?" she wrote on Instagram.

"I say we try and we can and we will. And you don't even have to be topless."

Handler does not always have to shed her clothes for stirring up discussion. On Monday, Feb 9 she sparked pregnancy rumors after posting an Instagram pic of her dog sitting in her car looking right at her. She captioned the photo, "It's like a 24 hour watch. He must know I'm pregnant."

Handler debunked the rumors later with a follow-up post showing her lifting her shirt to reveal her flat stomach and it wrote, "The last time I was pregnant was in this picture. Wake up, people. I would never do that to a baby."
