Actor Hong Jung Hyun has taken off for Thailand.

"[He] has left for Thailand to begin his 2015 Tour of Asia," read a statement from the actor's agency, Wid May, released the the media on Friday.

"He will stay in Thailand for two nights and three days before returning to Korea on Feb. 15."

Hong is a popular Korean television personality, currently histing the Seoul Broadcasting System program music program “Inkigayo” (or "The Music Trend") and appearing in the fourth season of the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's reality variety show “We Got Married.”

The actor will reportedly begin his Thai activities in Bangkok with an interview with local media before heading to the venue GMM Live House for his Be My Valentine fan meeting.

“Hong has been receiving numerous love calls from media and broadcasts around Asia,” read a statement from an affilliate in Thailand on Mnet America's website on Thursday.

The TV star plans to continue his Asian appearances with a trip to China on March 7 and Japan on March 22.
